WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PENS / KENNELS I CAN HAVE?
With the Free Trial and with the Silver Package you can use an unlimited number of Pens / Kennels with our software.
With the Bronze Package you can use up to 5 Pens / Kennels with our software.
With the Dog Walking Package you can use up to 0 Pens / Kennels with our software.
HOW MANY PETS AND CUSTOMERS CAN I HAVE?
All three of our packages will give you unlimited number of Pets and Customers.
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DOG WALKING, BRONZE AND SILVER PACKAGES?
The difference between the Dog Walking Package and the Bronze Package is that with the Dog Walking package you only can use 0 pens / kennels whereas with the Bronze Package you can use 5 pens / kennels. Also, there is no Owner Alerts with the Dog Walking Package.
The difference between the Bronze Package and the Silver Package is that with the Silver package you can use Unlimited pens / kennels with our software.

Within the Customer Profile you can easily set the customer to receive or not receive emails.
HOW DO I USE THE CARICA PETS SOFTWARE?
Our Carica Pets software is all cloud based and is accessible on all computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones that have internet access.

IS THERE A SET UP FEE?
No there isn't a set up fee.
HOW LONG IS THE FREE TRIAL AND DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO SIGN UP?
The free trial is for 14 days which should be long enough for you to fully test Carica Pets software with your business.
No you do not need a credit card when signing up for the free trial. However, if you intend to purchase Bronze or Silver packages after the free trial then you will need to provide us with your credit card details.
IS THE FREE TRIAL FOR ALL PACKAGES?
The 14 days free trial will set you up automatically for the Gold package. Once the trial period is over you can either subscribe to the Bronze or Silver package or you will automatically be downgraded to the FREE Dog Walking package.
IF I SET UP MORE THAN 5 PENS / KENNELS IN THE FREE TRIAL WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM AFTER THE FREE TRIAL ENDS?
After your free trial ends all of your data is preserved and will be accessible if you continue to use Carica Pets. If you downgrade then you will not lose any Pens / Kennels data but instead it will be inaccessible. If you later upgrade then this will be again accessible to you.
WHAT IF CARICA PETS DOESNT PROVIDE THE FUNCTIONALITY I WANT?
Then please let us know by raising a support ticket direct from the portal. If you suggest a new feature you will receive up to 2 months free use once we implement and deploy the new feature.
