Over the last few weeks at Carica Pets we have been hard at work to ensure our Cattery and Kennel Booking Management software serves your changing business needs during these uncertain times with COVID-19.

We have updated our software to include these changes to help your business cope with the changes brought on by COVID-19.

Prevent Double Booking Check-In and Check-Outs

We have added a new option in the bookings section of the website so that you can prevent your customers being double booked for Check-Ins and Check-Outs ensuring that your customers are kept apart.

When recording a booking a new booking or updating an existing booking time slots that are already booked will not be selectable to ensure that no double booking of a time slot is made.


7 Day Calendar

We have worked hard to produce a new 7 day calendar that shows all of your appointments, check-ins and check-outs with precision to 15 minutes.

This calendar easily shows all of your appointments, check-ins, check-outs in an intuitive colour coded simple calendar page.

Easily scroll through the days and weeks to easily identify availability and quiet periods through out your day.


15 Minute Time Slots for Check-In and Check-Outs

Check-Ins and Check-Outs have not been updated so that they offer time slots to a precision of 15 minutes for your customers booking Check-Ins and Check-Outs.  

This will ensure that you can easily manage your customer presence up to a precision of 15 minutes to ensure they are not overlapping and to ensure social distancing.
