We are pleased to announce today that we have released a major update of our Carica Pets Kennel Management Software known as September 2018 release (build 1.0).
This new release includes many new features, bug fixes and general improvements. The list below details the five top new features included in this latest release.
Booking Wizard
We have completely rewritten the Booking Wizard so that it is much more intuitive and easier to use. You can now create bookings for Boarding, Daycare and Appointments all form the same wizard.
This new booking wizard is not only more aesthetically pleasing but also more intuitive to use. This wizard dynamically looks up pets for existing customers and also allocates bookings to specific kennels based on availability.
Vaccinations
We have completely rewritten the Vaccinations module within the Carica Pets Portal.
There is now a new Vaccination configuration page within the Website Settings section of the menu. Here you can add and edit all vaccinations for all Pet types.
We have also added a new vaccinations tab on the Pet page where you can select which vaccinations you have received for the Pet.
Reports
We have added a new menu option for Reports. This new section ships with five reports ready for use
- Arrivals
- Departures
- Latest Bookings
- Appointments
- All Pets
Our reports can be filtered in many ways to deliver the content that you want.
Today Summary Popdown
We have developed a new popdown top menu that is accessible from any page. The will open up a pane that shows four useful pieces of information about the current occupancy of your business.
These are Total Occupancy, Number of Appointments, Number checking-in and checked-in today and finally the Number checking-out and checked-out today
Kennel Assets
Pens / Kennels can now have assets added to them. Assets can be assigned to a Pen / Kennel from the main Pen / Kennel page. New assets can be added from the Manage Website settings page.
