Simply submit a Support Ticket each month and let us know that your business is not open for new bookings and we will take care of the rest.
When Will This Stop?
You can simply do nothing and after your month is over we will put your account back to normal or you can raise a support ticket to let us know that your business is back up and running.
Will I Still Be Able To Use Carica Pets?
Yes of course. Your account will still be active and you can still login to your Carica Pets website.
Will There Be Any Restrictions On The Website?
You will have full access to all the features of the website with exception to raising new bookings. We will disable the website from adding new bookings until your business is back up and running.
What If I Need To Take A Booking For Next Year?
Thats perfectly fine. Simply let us know and we will remove the restriction for adding new bookings.
